Cole Wentworth, 21, is a former first team “All Big Bend” baseball team member and “Big Bend Golf Player of the Year” in 2016.
While lettering in four varsity sports — including golf, baseball, basketball and soccer — during his career at Taylor County High School (TCHS) in Perry, Florida, Wentworth captured both district and regional championships as the #1 seed on the Bulldogs’ golf team.
Wentworth went on to play one year of collegiate baseball at Thomas University and three years of collegiate golf at Valdosta State, where he is scheduled to graduate in with a degree in business management in the fall of 2020.
A two-time winner of the Annual Pot Williams Golf Tournament at Madison County Country Club, Wentworth also assisted with youth baseball and golf camps in his hometown over the past five years and continues to provide golf lessons to local youth and adults.
Wentworth received world-class professional golf training at Mike Bender Golf Academy in Lake Mary, Florida and Sea Island Golf Academy in St. Simons, Ga.
